Have you got any questions before moving forward? We understand that our franchisees will have many questions before starting their project. Opening a new business involves a period of reflection in which we seek answers to a great number of questions. At Kids&Us we are available to answer all queries our franchisees may have before opening their own centre. Our team is readily available to support all of our partners whenever needed.
Kids&Us offers two types of training programmes: initial training and continuous training (once the franchise is operational).
Initial training consists of spending one week at our Head Office, where franchisees are provided with all the information they need to manage their Kids&Us Schools. The course is divided into different areas (sales, pedagogy, human resources, purchasing, communications and marketing) so that franchisees will have all the necessary tools to start their business with confidence. Initial training is taught by the heads of each corresponding department.
The continuous training has an online module and a face-to-face session which is carried out in various geographical areas where we are present.
The cost of the entire training programme is included in the initial fee.
Kids&Us Schools should be in street-level premises that have easy access and are located in areas with a high population of children.
The economic results depend on your skills, resources, commercial proactivity and dedication. However, you have the advantage of belonging to a leading brand in the sector with a proven business model and a large team of professionals at your service.
We have an Openings Coordination Department, whose mission is to assist the launching of new schools and to help them achieve the results set out in their business plans.
You will only have to pay the initial fee again if you decide to open another school in a different area of exclusivity.
The Franchise Contract clearly states that assigned territories are exclusive. Consequently, no other Kids&Us Schools will open in the aforementioned territory.
After reaching an agreement with Kids&Us, the first steps franchisees must take involve finding their premises, refurbishing them according to the Kids&Us interior design specifications and attending the initial training programme.
All these processes are supported by the Kids&Us Openings Coordination Department.
At the international level, it is important for the person who manages the business to have a good working knowledge of English to guarantee proper communication with the Head Office.
We will provide you with guidelines on suitable profiles and provide you with the tools you need to effectively recruit the best professionals.
